Everyone at this practice demonstrates the highest standards of customer service! I called at 11:35am requesting the earliest appointment available; I received a call back minutes later with a 2:15pm cancellation availability which I was able to make. From the moment you walk through the door, you are met with a friendly “welcome” and immediate checkin. I hadn’t even taken my seat to wait, and I was called back to begin the tests for checkin (I was 13 minutes early for my scheduled appointment). The technician was super friendly, reviewed my issues and led me back to wait on the Dr. I waited 3 minutes before Dr Gil Houston O.D. walked in and began the most comprehensive and thorough exam ever which is what I requested. We discussed the issues and were able to develop a plan immediately as we move forward. When I was led out to checkout, I was met by Miguel, to work on fitting, selection of frames and ordering of my new pairs of glasses. I was never pushed to hurry and was listened to every minute as we spent 20 minutes designing and confirming everything required for my glasses… including maintaining it within budget after insurance allowances and multi frame/glasses discounts. While other Dr offices move towards an assembly line, up-sell, get-em-in-get-em-out philosophy, it is refreshing to find a place where the staff focus on customer service and client satisfaction! I’ve been a satisfied patient here for nearly 9 years; they exceed all expectations at all levels. You won’t be disappointed.
